Papplewick Lower School boys spent the day at Milestones Museum in Hampshire. The year 4 boys are studying The Victorians and explored the Victorian shops, railway station and timber yard as well as spending time learning about a Victorian classroom. Year 3 spent time in the 1930s town and learned about the development of domestic machines and vehicles from the 1930s to the 1940s and the difficulty of employment for women outside their traditional roles. The year 2 boys studied toys through the ages.

The boys...and 'girls'...had just as much fun!
